We all know how important it is to stay fit and well, which is why we’re pleased to introduce Wellbeing Mondays. Taking care of our bodies is essential, but nurturing our minds is just as important. Our programme of sessions has been created based on requests from Shedders, and we’d love to hear if there’s anything else you’d like to see included. Let us know your ideas!
